Weight Management
We run one on one weight mangement consultations as well as 12 week group programs. Our weight management programs are designed to educate and motivate you so that you can lose weight without being miseable. We'll help you achieve your goals with simple and realistic strategies.   
 
All our programs include an element of physical activity and are tailored to suit individual needs.
 
We also offer weight management consultations for teens and children (We require parents to be present for consultations with under 18s).

Group Fitness Sessions
 
Do you want to shape and feel great? It's time to get outside and get active. All our group sessions are fun and sociable and we cater for a range of abilities and fitness levels - so come and give it a try!

 Nutritional Consultation
 
Need help with your diet, confused by what you should and shouldn't eat?
 
We look at your current nutritional habits, go through key nutrition basics and leave you with the knowledge to improve your diet and make healthier choices without starving yourself.

Health and Fitness Assessment
 
We evaluate your current health and fitness level with this thorough assessment. This service is great for checking your health before making a healthy change or for monitoring your progress. We don't just provide you with the figures; we'll go through the assessment with you and explain exactly what it's saying about your health.
 
The assessment lasts 60 minutes and includes:

  • height
  • body mass index
  • body measurements
  • waist to hip ratio
  • blood pressure
  • body fat percentage
  • flexibility test

Personal Training
This is a service for individuals, although you are welcome to share the service with a friend at no extra cost. Either we come to your home, work outdoors or work at a venue of your choice.
 
Personal training tailored to meet your requirements and help you to work towards and achieve your health and fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, improving fitness, training for a specific event or any other goal.
